Note : The reservations for the post of Investment Officers on Contract shall be extended on All India basis, as per Government guidelines.

The Canara Bank Recruitment shall be on State-wise / Union territory-wise basis. Candidates can apply for one state / union territory only and have to appear for the test, from a centre allotted for that particular State / Union Territory. On selection, candidates will be placed anywhere in that state / union territory depending up on Bank's need.

The number of posts and the reservations provided are provisional and may vary according to actual Canara Bank Requirement 2010.
3% of the total posts @ 1% each for VC, HI & OC candidates are reserved for the Persons with Disabilities.
As the reservation for PWD candidates is on horizontal basis, the selected candidates will be placed in the appropriate category to which the candidate belongs. The above reservation is inclusive of shortfall / backlog reservation.
