Qualification	Brigadier & above in the Army or aperson of equivalent rank in Navy /Air Force OR A Police Officer of the rank of Deputy Inspector General OR a person of equivalent rank in the para military forces.

Age Limit	Maximum age 55 years [as on 01.09.2008]
