Selection Procedure for Bihar Kshetriya Gramin Bank Recruitment 2010
Selection will be on the basis of performance in written test and Interview. The details of Written Test and Interview are as under:
A. Written Test:
All eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fees and whose applications are received in time and who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for a Written Test comprising the following:
Duration: 150 Minutes.

Note:
For this Bihar Kshetriya Gramin Bank examination the candidates have to qualify in each of the test. The qualifying criteria will be decided by IBPS.
Candidates shall have the option to refer the Clerical Tests Paper either in English or Hindi.
Depending upon the number of clerical vacancies, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the Written Test will be called for Interview in the ratio of 1: 4. Mere eligibility / pass in the written test shall not vest any right in a candidate for being called for interview.
Final selection will be on the basis of the ranking accorded after adding the marks obtained in the Written Test and Interview.
Other detailed information regarding the written examination will be given in the "Acquaint Yourself" booklet which will be sent to the candidate along with the call letter for clerical written examination.

The Bihar Kshetriya Gramin Bank reserves the right to cancel any of the Centre or add other centers, depending upon number of applications and administrative feasibility.
The Bihar Kshetriya Gramin Bank also reserves the right to allot the candidate any centre other than the one he/she has opted for and the right to waive any of the criteria for selection looking at the requirement and exigencies.
C. Clerical Interview for Bihar Kshetriya Gramin Bank Recruitment 2010: Those short-listed candidates in the order of ranking in the written test as per the cut-off marks determined by the Bihar Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall be called for interview & the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
Appointment: Candidates selected for current clerical vacancies shall be taken into the service in the descending order of merit as per the requirement.
Probation Period for Bihar Kshetriya Gramin Bank Recruitment 2010: 01 Year (Extendable for 06 months).
Pre-Examination Training: (For SC / ST / PWD / Minority Community Candidates Only.)
It is proposed to impart Pre-Examination Training to a limited number of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes / Person with Disability / Minority Communities at Munger or Patna at the discretion of the Bank.
An eligible candidate who wishes to avail of Pre-Examination Training should fill in the relevant column in the application format. All expenses regarding traveling, boarding, lodging etc. will be borne by the candidate for attending the pre-examination training programme at the concerned Centre.
