BRBNMPL Assistant Manager Recruitment 2010

Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL/Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reserve Bank of India invites applications from candidates (including Staff candidates) for the posts of Assistant Manager for its Corporate Office at Bangalore and Presses at Mysore in Karnataka and Salboni in West Benaal or for anv other office that mav be opened in future.

Note:

The number of BRBNMPL vacancies as also the number of reserved vacancies are provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of BRBNMPL.

Reservation for OBC will be applicable as per Government, of India guidelines. Further even though no post has been reserved for SC / ST they may apply against 'UR1 vacancies and Persons with Disability {OH & HI) may apply against 'UR'/'OBC vacancies as applicable

1. BRBNMPL Eligibility Criteria

A) Qualification for Assistant Manager Jobs :

B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate from a Government-recognised University / Institute.

Candidates who have passed post graduate in Civil Engineering (after passing of B.Tech/B.E. in Civil engineering with a minimum of 60 % marks in the aggregate} will be given preference. (For Staff Candidates Only) Aminimum of 60% marks in the aggregate in B.Tech/ B.E in Civil Engineering from a Government - recognised University / Institute.

They should be confirmed in the service of the Company and must have put in atleast 4 years of service as on 01.03.2010.

b) Experience-As on 01/03/2010 (Otherthan Staff Candidates)

Essential for Assistant Manager Vacancies :

At least 2 years' experience after graduation/post-graduation (in a position of independent responsibility equivalent to that of an Assistant Engineer) in a public/private limited organisation including hospitals / Banks / financial institutions / residential campus based educational institutions in planning / designing / construction / maintenance of large office building / housing projects / industrial projects Including services and preparation and evaluation of tender papers.

Desirable:

1. Administering construction projects in all its various aspects and knowledge of PERT/ CPM techniques.
2. Working knowledge of computers with particular reference to analysis and evaluation offenders/CAD/CAM and structural designing.
3. Working knowledge of maintenance of electrical and electro mechanical services.

c) Age Limit for BRBNMPL 2010 Recruitment :

Candidates should be between 23 and 3D years of age as on 01.03.2010. Relaxation in the upperage limit in respect of-1} OBC-by 3years 2} Persons ordinarily domiciled in the Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu Kashmir during the period from 1.1.1980 to 31.12.1989 - by 5 years

Note: In case of a candidate who is eligible for relaxation undermore than one of the a bove categories, the age relaxation wi11 be a vailable on cumulative basis.

2. Assistant Manager Pay Scale :

The selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of one year on a Basic Pay of Rs. 20,570/- per month (including Grade Pay) in the Pay Band of Rs.15,050 - 41,760 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5,520. The period of probationmay be extended by a further maximum period of one year at the discretion of the Company.

The initial gross monthly emoluments, including Dearness Allowance at Central Government rate {presently 35%) and other admissible allowances at the Basic Pay of Rs. 20,570/-is Rs. 27,700/-(approx) (excluding House Rent Allowance}.

In addition to this, the candidates are eligible for Food Vouchers and Special Allowance as per the rules of the Company. On confirmation, they will be eligible for other facilities as applicable to the regular Assistant Managers of the Company.

3. Accommodation

The candidates on appointment will be eligible for allotment of residential quarters as per the allotment rules of the Company.

4. Fees Payable for Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Pvt Ltd

For all candidates (including OBCs): Rs.250-00

For Staff Candidates: Nil Requisite fee must be paid along with the application by means of Bank Pay Order/Bank Draft (validity 6 months} issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank drawn in favour of "Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran (P) Limited" payable at Bangalore. Payment in any other manner will not be accepted. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
