Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment Selection Procedure:

The selection of the candidates will be based on written test and / or group discussion followed by interview.

Scale I: The applicants will have to appear for a written test followed by an interview.

Scale II: The applicants will have to appear for interview.

Scale V: The applicants will have to appear for interview.

However, Bank reserves the right to change the above-mentioned procedure at its discretion depending upon the number of applications received.

Written Examination / Test Centres & issue of Call Letters for the Written Examination / Test:

The Written Examination/Test for the posts in JMGS-I, will be tentatively held on 23.08.2009 at the Examination Centres indicated below and the address of the venue will be advised in the Call Letters.

The Call Letter along with the address of the Venue of the Examination Centre, will be sent to the eligible candidates by post (UCP) at the correspondence address given by the candidate in the Application Form, well in advance of the date of written examination.

A candidate who does not receive the Call Letter for Written Examination by 20.08.2009 should contact the concerned Regional Office of Bank of Maharashtra located at the concerned Examination Centre he/she has opted for in the Application Form, with a written application indicating his/her Name, Address, and details of Demand Draft sent with the Application Form for taking immediate remedial action.

The concerned Regional Offices will issue the Duplicate Call Letters during Office Hours between 21.08.2009 & 22.08.2009 The Bank reserves right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the Group discussion, interview after preliminary screening / short listing with reference to candidate's qualifications, suitability, experience etc.
