Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment Application Form

Eligible candidates have to apply online through the Bank's website only. No other means/ mode of application are acceptable. The application format should be filled in English only.

Before registering their applications on the website candidates should possess the following :

  1. An E-mail id which shall be valid for the duration of the recruitment process. in case the candidate does not have a valid e-mail id, he/ she has to create a new email id.
  2. Candidates will have to pay the Application Fees by way of Demand Draft favoring Bank of Maharashtra Payable at Pune only. the Demand Draft should be invariably attached to the print out and sent to Post Box No 8588, Kandivali (East), Mumbai - 400 101 address by ordinary post only. Candidate's name, post code and date of birth should be written on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
  3. Candidates have to visit the Bank's Website: http://www.bankofmaharashtra.in and follow the link.
  4. Without details of the Demand Draft the system will not accept the Application.
  5. To apply, open the Website: http://www.bankofmaharashtra.in and Click on the appropriate link along side.
  6. After applying Online, take a print out of system generated on line Application form in A4 size paper, firmly paste your recent passport size photograph [preferably taken by digital camera] affixing your signature at the appropriate space provided at the right hand top corner of the application form and again sign at the space provided at the bottom of the Application form.
  7. Attach following documents to the system generated on line application form and send by ordinary post to Post Box No 8588, Kandivali (East), Mumbai - 400 101
    1. Attested copy of School leaving certificate in support of Date of Birth
    2. Attested copies of certificates and testimonials in proof of Educational Qualification.
    3. Medical Certificates issued by the competent authority, specifying the extent of disability in case of PH candidates.
    4. Attested copy of community /status certificate in the prescribed format in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH/EX-Serviceman category issued by competent authority.

    The Demand draft/Pay order should not be dated before 08.06.2009 and not after last date of submission of application.

    Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fees once paid will not be refunded on any account nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.

  8. General candidates and OBC category candidates will have to pay Rs.250/- as non refundable application fee.

Print-out of On-line Application, complete in all respects should reach the above address on or before 08.07.2009.

For the candidates staying abroad and for those posting applications from Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and Minicoy Islands, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Divn. of Jammu Kashmir State, Lahul & Spiti Districts and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh the last date for receipt of application will be 15.07.2009.

Application received after the last date will not be entertained.

The Call letters for the written test and / or personal interview and all communications, in future will be sent to the short-listed candidates at the correspondence address given in the application form by ordinary post.

Request for sending the call letters to any different address subsequently will not be entertained.
