6. How to Apply for Andhra Bank Probationary, Clerks, Specialist Officer Exams

Candidates are required to apply through on-line through website www.andhrabank.in. No other means /mode of applications will be accepted. The last date of receipt of system-generated print out of the Registered Application is 13.10.2007. Application registration link on our website will be open from 19.09.2007 to 07.10.2007. The links for the posts of Probationary Officers, Specialist Officers and Clerks respectively for on line registration are provided at the bottom of this advertisement.

The guidelines for filling Applications are as under

• Candidate should have a valid e mail ID
• The candidates should have their Demand Draft payable at Mumbai favoring Andhra Bank Recruitment Project 2007 Ready Before Applying Online. Without DD details, data will not be registered. The DD should not be dated before 19.09.2007 and not after 07.10.2007. Even if Bank extends the date of on-line registration by one or two days, the valid dates of Demand Drafts will not be changed. Valid dates of Demand Drafts also remain the same for far flung areas.
• After applying on-line, the registered candidates should obtain a system generated Print-out of the registered information, sign at the appropriate place and send along with Application fee (i.e., Demand Draft /Pay Order)
• A recent photograph should be pasted on the Print-out (Candidate's name, Post and date of birth should be written on the reverse of Demand Draft /Pay Order)

Print-out complete in all respects should be sent only by ordinary post in a closed envelope super scribed "Print-out for the post of ____ in Andhra Bank", to the following address:

7. Last Date for Receipt of Application Print-Outs

The Print-Outs Should Reach the Address mentioned above Before 13.10.2007 by Ordinary Post. For the candidates staying abroad and for those posting Print-out from Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Minicoy Islands, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladak Division of J & K State, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, the last date for receipt of Print-out will be 20.10.2007.A Print-out received after the last date will not be entertained by Bank.

The Bank will not be responsible for any loss of Print-out in transit or for rejection of Print-out because of non-receipt of Print-out on or before the stipulated date.

8. Call Letters for the Written Examination

However, it will be intimated in the Call Letter along with the Centre / Venue for the examination, well in advance of the date of written examination.

All eligible candidates will receive call letters by post at the correspondence address given by the candidate in their Print-out form.

An eligible candidate who does not receive the call letter as on the date mentioned hereunder may contact the Bank's office at the respective centre's address as applicable to the post he / she has applied for indicating his/her name, address, details of Demand Draft etc. for taking immediate remedial action.
